It's in our garage!
A few weeks ago one of our cows was sent away, and yesterday the beef fairy (aka. John, Dennis' dad) brought us these!!!

And here it is in the freezer...
Steaks of all kinds, ground beef, roasts, brisket, ribs, stew meat... it's all there! Now there's a few pressing matters that have come up from this beef delivery. First, is the necessity for a generator as part of our food storage/preparedness. Could you imagine the power going out for a long period of time and loosing all this delicious beef?... I could tell you exactly what would happen...
No, we didn't do anything illegal in our garage.
Our redneck freezer (you know, the extra one you keep in the garage) quit last fall. When we hauled it away we were left with this mess... Beauty eh?
The second, and probably most important pressing matter is the need to buy a BBQ!
